Vernon (Fudd) Charles Male, age 79, of Greenville, passed away Friday, January 6, 2023 at his Home. The son of Raymond & Verna (Thompson) Bush, he was born May 9, 1943 in Grand Rapids, MI. On December 12, 1986, in Gowen, Michigan, he married Kathleen Wenger-Molitor and enjoyed celebrating their 36 year Anniversary in December 2022. Vern has spent 50 years, from eighteen to sixty-eight years old in the Tool & Die Industry, as a Journeyman in Machine Maintenance, Welder, Pipe Fitter, Boiler Operator, and Electrician. For M&T Manufacturing of Lakeview, Michigan Bumper of Grand Rapids, and Greenville Tool & Die of Greenville. He enjoyed being outside, fishing, deer hunting & hunting with has five time grand champion Male’s Red D.O.G (redbone hound dog.) One of his greatest accomplishments was the four champion Redbone Hound’s that he raised over the years. He enjoyed the most spending time with his family. His son Tim & (Angela) Male of Morley, Step daughter Dannielle & (Kurt) Jaworski of Sterling Heights, Step son Darrick Molitor of Jenison. Grand Children Melissa Page of Fremont, Taylor & (Brittany) Male of Canadian Lakes, Laura & (Brady) Quirin of Morley, Brady Jaworski of Grand Rapids, Olivia Jaworski of Sterling Heights. His sisters/ brothers: James & (Sharon) Male of Lakeview, Beatrice & (Robert/Duke) Gale of Lakeview, Hazel & (Dale) Finup of Lakeview, Rachel & (Robert) Welch of Lakeview, brother-in-laws; John & (Karin) Wenger of Greenville, Richard & (Toni) Wenger of Stanton, Dan Wenger of Greenville. Nieces/Nephews: Debbie & (John) Hallock of Lakeview, Laurie Smits of Trufant, Gordon Paulson of Lakeview, Tammy & (Butch) Moore of Pierson, Denise & (Mark) Male of Morley, Mike Finup of Lakeview, Ellie Finup Baker of Trufant, Dawn Male of Lakeview, six great grandchildren Weston & Jase Page, Wyatt & Ellie Male, Jack & Tyler Quirin. Along with several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; Raymond & Verna Bush his brothers; Robert Male, James Male, Leslie Male, his sisters; Beatrice Gale, and Rachel Welch, his nephew; Gordon Paulson. Services will be held on January 28, 2023, a visitation at 11:00 AM, Memorial at 12:00 NOON, and a luncheon will follow, at Beth Haven Baptist Church, 1158 W. Carson City Rd. Sheridan, MI 48884. Family burial will take in the spring at Cato Cemetery.
