Teresa L. Cooper Slyter

Teresa L. Cooper Slyter age 42, of Rockford, passed away Monday, September 30, 2019. She was born May 20, 1977 in Martinsville, Indiana, the daughter of Robert E. & Marilyn (Cooper) Cooper. She was a Loving mother of 5 wonderful children. Loved being a LPN. She would spend all her time at the beach either tanning in the sun or out on the water taking the kids tubing and trying to throw the kids off the tubes. Some of her happiest moments where when she became a grandma. Teresa is survived by her husband Richard; children Anika Cooper, Nyajal Cooper-Kun, twins Lennox and Letti Slyter and Raom Cooper-Puok; one grandchild Paigelynn Jenks; stepsons Christopher, Samuel and Taylor Slyter and her mother and father in law Mabelle & Ron Hutt of Rockford. She was preceded in death by her father Robert E. Cooper on March 8, 2002 and her mother on December 26, 2012. Memorial Services will be 11 AM Saturday, October 5, 2019 at the Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville with members of the family meeting with friends and relatives from 10 AM till the service.
