Sylas Warren Stokley

Sylas Warren Stokley, 1 month infant baby boy passed away on August 21, 2024 at home. Sylas was welcomed to this world on July 14, 2024, the son of proud and loving parents Tyler M. & Eleanore V. ( Drake) Stokley. Sylas is survived by maternal grandparents Terry & Madeline Ebels of Gowen and Michael Drake of Cleveland, OH, paternal grandparents Rhonda Jordan & Dan Payne of Rockford and Jeff Jordan of Grand Rapids as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Sylas was a beautiful little baby boy, and he loved listening to Grandpa Terry play his guitar and Grandma Madeline singing lullabies when at home and going to visit with his Grandma Rhonda for snuggle time. There were always loving arms nearby and ready to hold and comfort sweet Sylas, or just rock him to sleep between his many aunts, uncles, and friends. Sylas loved staring up at his Mommy and Daddy both and followed their faces and voices with such wide loving eyes. Sylas loved when Mommy & Daddy played Lullabies for him while he napped. Sylas was born of great love, his life was surrounded by great love, and he will be remembered with great love. Sylas, loved beyond measure and remembered in every heart he touched forever. On Saturday August 24, 2024 at Noon at Marshall Funeral Home the family said their private goodbyes to their sweet Sylas. Cards and flowers can be received at Marshall's through Saturday August 31, 2024. The family will hold a memorial celebration and luncheon in honor of Sylas on Sunday September 1, 2024 with details to be shared by family on social media as an event.
