Susan E. Rooney

Susan E Rooney, age 62 of Trufant, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 surrounded by family and Spectrum Hospice care at her home. Susan was born August 28 1959, in Kentwood, Michigan. The daughter of Merle and Barbara Steffes. She enjoyed hunting, camping, crafts and being surrounded by friends and family. Surviving Susan is her husband of 44 years, Rick; daughter: Sara (Brandon) Beardsley of Howard City, grandchildren: Kennedy & Kaitlyn Kohler of Trufant, Bradyn Imhoff, Kairi, Madison, and Harper Felty of Howard City and her siblings Tom Steffes, Tracy (Sonny) Loper and Rosemary Flowers. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Steffes, her daughter Sadie Rooney-Parrish, nephew Justin Flowers, and sister-in-law Lynn Steffes. During this time, no services will be held.
