Susan L. Foote

Susan L. Foote age 52, of Greenville, passed away September 5, 2018 at her home. She was born August 20, 1966, in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Vernon & Shelby (Musser) Newberg. She loved gardening, fishing, spending time with all the kids in the family, she had a huge heart and treated every kid as her own and had worked at Printco and the Daly News. Susan is survived by her daughter Korree Foote & (Max Colby) of Cedar Springs; two grandchildren Ayden and Allayah Colby; brothers Jeff (Jessica) Newberg of Orleans, Richard Newberg of Greenville and William (Connie) Newberg of Holly; nieces and nephews; brother in law Kim Foote of Gowen, sister in law Stephanie & (Thomas) Dean of Fenwick and family friends Dawn Sellers, Jamie Sellers, Ashley Sellers Sharp, Melody Teegardin and Mark Wilkin. She was preceded in death by her husband William L. Foote, Jr. on November 5, 2012, father Vernon L. Newberg on November 3, 1997, mother Shelby J. Newberg on January 19, 1988 and her stepson Billy Jo Foote. Funeral & Committal Services will be 2:30 PM Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville, with Pastor Mark Wilkin officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1:30 till the Service on Saturday. Burial will take place on a later date at Rest Haven Memory Gardens. There will be a luncheon at the Eureka Township Hall immediately following the service. The family suggests that when making a memorial contribution in Susan’s name to please consider the needs of the family.
