Rita J. Morgan

Rita J. Morgan age 72, of Greenville, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2022 at home under the care of Spectrum Hospice and her family. She was born September 2, 1949 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, the daughter of Paul L. & Maxine (Vance) Foster. She loved Jesus, her family, hearts, birds and flowers. She was also a member of the Greenville Bible Methodist Church and liked to write poems of prayer and her faith. Rita is survived by husband Joseph of 55 years; children JayTee Morgan of Greenville and Melissa (Mark) Bignell of Greenville; three grandchildren Panthairia, Kisara and William Bignell and her brother Steven Foster of Greenville. She was preceded in death by her parents Paul & Maxine Foster and two sisters Paula Garter and Susie Smith. Graveside Funeral Services will be 11 AM Friday, July 22, 2022 at Forest Home Cemetery, Greenville. Members of the family will meet with friends and relatives starting at 10 AM. Friday at the cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in Rita’s name to the Greenville Bible Methodist Church. Envelopes will be available at the cemetery or dropped off to the funeral home.
