Raymond E. Christensen

Raymond E. Christensen age 64, of Fenwick, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017 in Greenville. He was born April 22, 1952, in Sheridan, Michigan, the son of Sherwin and Donna (White) Christensen. Raymond is survived by his son Thomas Christensen of Fenwick, daughter and son-in-law Brenda (Rick) Kirby of Greenville; mother Donna Christensen of Fenwick; brothers Jim (Ruth) Christensen of Ionia and Allen (Pam) Christensen of Sheridan; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews and a special childhood friend of 55 years Owen (Vicki) Gilbert. He was preceded in death by his Father Sherwin and a sister Sandy Dalton and 2 brothers. Raymond loved to hunt and fish and watch his grandchildren participate in all of their sporting and music events. He also loved to watch old western and sci-fi movies. Memorial graveside services will be held at Clear Lake Cemetery at 11 AM Wednesday March 29, 2017, with Pastor Gerald Erskine officiating, followed by a luncheon at the Fenwick Church. Contributions can be made in Raymond’s name to the family to help with funeral expenses.
