Paul F. Shank

Paul F. Shank age 85, of Greenville, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Mission Point of Belding. He was born August 2, 1936, the son of Howard R. & Gladys A. (Selden) Shank. Paul was a loving and devoted husband and father. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, being outdoors, walking, biking, fishing, golfing, building, doing yard work, he especially enjoyed his wife’s delicious home cooked meals, he loved to tell others about the wonderful future promised in the Bible when the earth will be a Paradise as God purposed. Although he worked hard secularly to feed and care for his family as they grew, it was his work as a full time Minister of Jehovah’s Witnesses that meant so much more to him then working secularly, where alongside his wife they volunteered their time to help others learn about how they can gain hope and comfort from the scriptures. For more information on these Bible promises please see JW.org. Paul is survived by his wife Kathryn; children Paula (Mike) Strachan of Greenville, Kalene (Dan) Moll of Belding, Pamela (Dan) Dimond of Hastings and Kevin Shank of Atlantic Beach, Florida; 6 grandchildren Tawny, Isaac, Kari, Levi, Nicole and Kyra; 12 great grandchildren and his siblings Lois (David) Scott and Naomi Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter Honesty. Memorial Services will be held later. Arrangements are by the Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville, with complete obituary online at www.marshallfuneralhomeinc.com where you can leave a message of condolence for the family.

Kathryn, Paula, Kalene, Pam, Kevin, Lois, Naomi, and family; I am so sorry to hear of Paul's death. I was so fortunate to have known him, and all of you. Your family was a big part of our beginnings in Greenville. I was privileged to have Paul introduce me to Howard and Gladys my first few months in town. Thank you for all you did for us. May he Rest In Peace.
