Louie Otto Lee

May 13, 1941 — May 30, 2021

Louie Otto Lee, age 80, of Greenville, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Spectrum Health United Memorial Hospital in Greenville. He was born May 13, 1941, in Summerville, Missouri, the son of Lawrence Lenro & Anna Caroline (McMillan) Lee. He served in the United States Marine Corp from 1958 to 1963, loved country music and could sing and play the guitar like no other. He taught us all to love music, had his own band and also had his own little family band with his children when they were little. He loved to fish for catfish and tell stories and jokes. He loved to go to the Belding Veterans Park to wipe down the pillars and monuments of the boys who passed away. He will be missed dearly. Louie is survived by his 7 children Jenni (Mike) Wells, Missy (Tim) Elenbaas, Larry (Tanya) Lee, Joline (Lonnie) Latimer, Angie (Kent) Lampard, Dee (Glen) Lhullier and Andrea (Jay) Schaack, 26 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren; brother Lindle Lee and his sister in law Mildred Lee. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Ellen Lee, his parents and 10 siblings. No services will be held at this time.
