Lena Petersen

Lena Petersen formerly of the Edmore area passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2023 on her 97^th birthday at Mission Point of Cedar Springs. She was born January 11, 1926 in Edmore, the daughter of Dayton & Tillie (St. Peters) Bunce. She loved to do puzzles, play bingo and spend time with family. Lena is survived by her four children Patricia Stewart & (Harold Hill) of Florida, Pamela (Joe) Gendron of Rockford, Judy Brigham of Stanton and Richard Petersen of Alma; six grandchildren and also by her great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and her remaining sibling Loreen (Robert) Field of Edmore. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Howard Petersen, infant son Howard Dayton Petersen, daughter Sandra Lynn Frank, brothers Clifford, Stanley, Walter and Duane Bunce and her sisters Ina Sherlow, Iva Switzer, Edna Curtis, Rhoda Daley, Sophilia Edgar, Thelma Krick, Olive Bunce, Doris Hanson and Delia Hanson and Irma Yager.
