Joyce J. Tyberg

Joyce Jean Tyberg age 82 of Stanton, passed away August 2, 2021 at her home. She was born April 14, 1939 in Lakeview. The daughter of Cornelius & Effie (Laughlin) Richards. She was a former employee of Electrolux in Greenville and loved to cook, bake, play dice, cards, cribbage and crochet. Spending time with family and having anyone over was her favorite. Joyce is survived by her husband of 35 years, George V. Tyberg; two children Lucinda (Calvin) Bannen of Sparta and Denilda (Don) Hubbard of Gowen; six grandchildren Rachel Miller (Glenn Phillip) of Ionia, Nicholes (Shelly) Bigelow of North Carolina, Bryce, Ryan and Connor Bannen of Sparta, and Gabrielle McIntosh of Grand Rapids; six great grandchildren Hailey and lyla Miller of Ionia, Allie, Gemma, Hunter and Molly Bigelow all of North Carolina, and her sister Sadie Walker of Greenville. She was preceded in death by her daughter Balinda Gould McIntosh, her parents, and many of her siblings. No services are planned at this time. There will be a family get together to pay their respects at a later date. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Langston.
