Joanne M. Bauer

Joanne M. Bauer age 89, formerly of Greenville passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024 in Cedar Springs. She was born February 1, 1935 in Ionia, Mi, the daughter of Ralph J. & Edna M. Smith.  She worked at Gibsons and loved to do word search puzzles and watch westerns on TV.  Joanne is survived by her 6 children Kathy & (Raymond) Maltman of Belding, John & (Tammie) Bauer of Belding, Ronnie Joe & (Thomas) Farr of Cedar Springs, Howard & (Ginny) Bauer of Belding, Ronald Bauer, Jr. of Belding, and Belinda (Gary) Beene of Arkansas; 7 grandchildren Gary (Sarah) Maltman, Scott Maltman, Josh Fox, Julia & (Chris) Cooper, Ashley (Casey) Wilson, Wendy & (Jim) Oconnor and Sherri & (Roger) Wilmore; 13 great grandchildren; special cousins Fran Strouse, Mary Mason, Delores Cummings and Jimmy Mason. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Ronald J. Bauer, Sr. and her siblings Dale, Phillip, Robert, Marvin, Lola, Patsy and Dick.  There will be no services or visitation at this time.   The family would like to thank Corewell Hospice for their care.
