Jannelle Kay Rittersdorf June 3, 1951- August 18, 2024, AKA “Lil Duck.” Motto - If you have a thousand friends, you’ve not a friend to lose!! Proceeded in death by her parents, Royal and Florence Rittersdorf; Jerry Bolster, brother-in-law: Margeret (Gay Westman) Rittersdorf, sister-in-law and her nephew, Adam Rittersdorf. Jannelle is survived by her significant other and Life Partner Cynthia (Cindy) Chaney; her children, John (Krista) Chaney; Jessica Chaney (Todd K); Katti Ingersoll (Justin); brothers Samuel and Richard Rittersdorf; sister, Lynn Bolster; nephews, Jason Bolster and Jared Rittersdorf; niece, Jeri (Bill) Hemmes; great niece, Candis (Clayton) Thomas; great great niece Paris Almas (Caden W); good friends Christine Leavitt; her children; Dean and Brent Leavitt, Rhonda (Jeremy) Hoover. Jannelle had many pool playing friends that she enjoyed the comradely and talking with. She played on many different leagues for 30 years. CBS Sunday League, BCA, and 3 different VFW Leagues. Lil Duck was one to be reckoned with on the pool table. She was very proud of the ladies auxiliary team and the records she broke while playing pool. Love you all. I’m in a better place now, so don’t be sad. Celebrate my life and be kind to your fellow man. A Celebration of Life will be held September 29, 2024, 2 PM at the VFW Auxiliary 4406 in Belding, Michigan. Memorial contributions in Jannelle’s name can be made to the B Foundation or the VFW Auxiliary in Belding.
