Gregory A. Molter age 53, of Belding, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017 at his home. He was born March 2, 1964, the son of Henry James and Janice Ruth Spencer Molter, both of whom preceded him in death. He loved the outdoors and to camp. He was happiest when he was camping at Muskegon State Park and canoeing in Manton, Michigan. He enjoyed working on golf carts and was a former employee of Stahlin Enclosures Corporation. Greg is survived by his Fiancé Lora J. Malkin of Belding; son Jason Chrisman of Grand Rapids; daughters Jody “Gert” Chrisman of Clearwater, Florida and Samantha Molter of Ionia and step daughter Shannon Richards of Greenville; Brothers and sisters-in-law Paul (Geri) Molter of Indianapolis, Jeffrey (Chrissy) Molter of North Carolina, Andrew (Marylou) Molter of Fowlerville, Philip (Cindy) Molter of Kilgore, TX and Nancy Butler of Greenville; Many Nieces and Nephews. He is also survived by his fiancé Parents, Carl and Halla (Paulson) Geiger of St. Johns and Lora’s children, Ethan, Tyler and Wyatt and a special grandchild Anya who he was so proud of. Visitation will be held Monday, November 13, 2017 at Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville from 6 to 8 PM and the funeral will be Tuesday November 14, at 11 AM. Family has asked that memorial contributions can be made in Greg’s name for the wishes of the family. Luncheon will follow services at the American Legion in Greenville.
