Gregory M. Cozort

Gregory M. Cozort age 65, of Langston, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015 at his home under the care of Hospice. He was born March 26, 1950, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Lancer P. & Audrey J. (Bertrand) Cozort. He was a member of the Greenville Community Church. Gregory is survived by his wife Patricia; children Greg Cozort, Jr., Trista Cozort and Joseph Cozort of Greenville, Lieza & (James) Vera of Sumner, Benjamin Cozort and Brian & (Shelby) Cozort of Stanton, Patricia Barmore of Florida, Jeff & (Beverley) Hahler of Grand Rapids, Lourelle Mathe and Faron Musser; 28 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brothers Phillip Cozort and Alan Cozort of Greenville and Brian Cozort of Baldwin and his sisters Lillian Silverthorn of Connecticut and Virginia Cozort of Greenville. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Michael Cozort. Memorial Services will be 3 PM Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at the Greenville Community Church, with Pastor Joel Heron officiating. Immediately following the services there will be a funeral luncheon at the church. Memorial contributions can be made in Gregory’s name to the Greenville Community Church or to his wife Patricia for medical expenses.
