Geraldine L. DeBerg

Geraldine L. DeBerg age 81, of Stanton, formerly of Belding, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022 at home, with her family at her side under the care of Spectrum Hospice.  She was born November 17, 1941 in Brewster, Minnesota the daughter of Gilbert G. & Leila B. (Westerbur) Marsh.  She retired from Crystal Flash and loved to bake, cook and do crafts.  Geraldine is survived by her children Brian (Diane) DeBerg of Sheridan, Timothy (Amy) DeBerg of Gowen and Bonnie (Paul) Petersen of Sheridan; three grandchildren Zachery Petersen of Belding, Trevor Petersen of Sheridan and Tori & (Joey) Carey of Belding; three great grandchildren Emmett DeBerg, Jonathon & Savanah Carey; sister law Caroline Marsh of Kennawa, Washington and many extra friends that called her mom and grandma  She was preceded in death by her parents George & Leila Marsh, husband Arvin E. DeBerg on September 21, 2020, grandson Tad DeBerg on July 4, 2014, brother Richard Marsh and her sisters Joan Reese and Sharon Marsh.  At Geraldine’s request there will be no funeral service and she will be laid to rest with a private service with family and friends.
