Duane R. Myers

Duane R. Myers age 78, of Greenville, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017 at Spectrum Health United Memorial Hospital in Greenville. He was born January 19, 1938 in Greenville, the son of Elmer & Dora (Cogswell) Myers. He was a graduate of Greenville High School, served in the US Army, loved to hunt, fish and go camping and had retired after working at Frigidaire for 42 years. Duane is survived by his wife Wilma of 51 years; children Julie Myers of Grand Rapids and Clifford D. Myers of Greenville; brother and sister in law Gary & (Joy) Myers of South Port, Carolina and his sister in law Linda Myers of Greenville. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers Curtis and Darwin & (Dolly) Myers. Private Family Services will be held later.
