Donna E. Geister

Donna E. Geister age 87, of Greenville, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. She was born November 4, 1927 in Greenville, the daughter of Fred & Myrtle (Swift) Lindemier. Donna was the original owner of Geister AFC Home for over 50 years, which is now Tompkins- Geister AFC Home. She is survived by her daughter RoseMary & (Gene) Fair of Fruitport; sons Louis & (Karen) Engle of Muskegon and John & (Margaret) Copeland of Greenville; grandchildren Penny & (Doug) Tompkins of Greenville, Jerry & (Mae) Young of Palo, Terry & (Lori Hawes) Headley of Belding, Ken Headley of Greenville, Reachel &(Eric) Deuel and Lisa & (Jason) Yonkers and more; great grandchildren ManDana Tompkins, Christina Wittkopp, Andy Young, Jimmy Young, Holly Young, Michele Engle, Robert Copeland, Herbert Copeland, Devin Hawes, Hailey Beebe, Branden Deuel, Adam Deuel, Faith Yonkers, Axle Yonkers of and more; great great grandchild Rizzie Page Paris Tompkins and others. She was preceded in death by her daughter Myrtle G. Lynn on September 19, 1999, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Funeral & Committal Services will be 11:30 AM Wednesday June 17, 2015 at the Jesus Non-Denominational Church, with Pastor Tommy Turner officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 till the service time at the church. Burial will be in Oakfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in Donna’s name to the Tompkins-Geister AFC Home
