Dominic Joseph Black age 28, of Cedar Springs, passed away October 25, 2024. He was born May 5, 1996 in Greenville. He loved building computers, gaming and attending concerts. He was everyone’s tech guru. He was attending Montcalm Community College for computer programming and was on the President’s list. He had previously worked as a quality inspector at several local companies. Dominic is survived by his mom and Mr. Mom, Heather and Adam Champlin, his biological father Leroy Hanna, biological mother and stepfather Caryn and Lonnie Kirby, siblings Ashley, Cassandra, Brad (Katie), Brandi (Nate), Amanda, Kordell, Reese, Slater, Braydin, Daytona, Kylee (Al), Alex, Brittney (MacKenzie), and Kadryne, grandparents Janice, Becky, Phil (Chris), great grandpa Ed, and favorite aunt Sally. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and adopted family. He was preceded in death by great granny Nellie, grandpa Chuck, grandpa Greg, grandma Carla, sister Shantelle and cousins Charlie and Braeden. A celebration of life and dinner will take place on November 8th from 2:00-5:00 at the Sand Lake Gathering Place, 18 W. Lake St. Sand Lake MI. Guests are encouraged to wear their favorite band or music attire. In lieu of flowers, please consider the needs of the family.
