Deborah Harwood

Deborah Harwood age 63, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015 at her home. She was born on May 28, 1952, the daughter of William and Phyllis (Walker) VanLuster. Deborah is survived by her husband Dwight, son, William Stawasz of Grand Rapids; daughter-in-law Ronda Stawasz of Stanton; step daughter and son-in-law Holly (Paul) Peoples of Gladstone, step son and daughter-in-law Michael (Mindy) Harwood of Graham, NC; grandchildren James, Jaden and Kaitlyn Stawasz and Natalie Harwood; brother Mark VanLuster of Grand Rapids and her brothers-in-law Kenneth (Ilona) Harwood of West Branch and David (Alice) Harwood of Rapid River. She was preceded in death by her parents, son James Stawasz and her brother Joe VanLuster. She worked for the Greenville Daily News for over 20 years and was a member of Greenville Community Church. She loved her grandchildren, listening to music and loved her flowers. Memorial Services will be held 1 PM Friday, October 16, 2015 at the Greenville Community Church, with visiting hours from Noon till the service. Memorial contributions may be made in Deborah’s name to the Greenville Community Church.
