Darlene J. Miesch

Darlene J. Miesch age 86 of Rockford, formerly of Muskegon, passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 at home under the care of Spectrum Hospice. She was born June 23, 1932 in Hart, Michigan, the daughter of James E. & Dorothy M. (Nielsen) Leach. She was an incredible wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a homemaker and loved gardening, traveling and was an LPN at the Michigan Home of Veterans in Grand Rapids. Darlene is survived by her daughter Gail Miesch of Rockford; sons Gregg (Sarah) Miesch of Comstock Park and Gary (Karen) Miesch of Gowen; sister Diana (Jim) Coleman of Fountain; sister in laws Dollene (Gary) St. Martin of N. Muskegon and Darlene Leach of Twin Lake; grandchildren Jason Miesch of Sand Lake and Jeramy (Amanda) Miesch of Cedar Springs and her great grandchildren Gavin, Summer and Caden Miesch and Brianna Bergstrom; nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald H. Miesch on February 17, 2010, brother James Leach, Jr., sister Gloria Barnes and her husband John, sister in law Lois Fisher and her husband Walt.
