Linda A. McKinley age 64, of Greenville, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. She was born July 9, 1947 in Greenville, the daughter of Arthur E. & Helen M. (Hersey) Shaw. Linda was formerly employed by Eightcap, distributed food at the Greenville Community Church, helped out at Metron of Greenville and took care of her mother. She is survived by her mother Helen M. Shaw of Greenville; children Brian Wheeler of Six Lakes, Scott & (Barb) Wheeler of Byron Center and Michelle Sisson of Gowen; grandchildren Jason, Amanda, Justin, Brianna, Jessica, Brittany, Alex, Koty and Jorden; great grandchildren Connor, Trevor, Shelby and Brailynn; brothers Richard & (Sheila) Shaw of Gowen and James Shaw of Grand Rapids; several nieces, nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father Arthur E. and her daughter Tracy. Funeral & Committal Services will be 1 PM Saturday, January 28, 2012 at the Marshall Funeral Home, Greenville, with Pastor Dan Maguire officiating. Visitation will be from 11 AM Saturday till the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Langston.

    We were very sad to hear about Linda’s passing. She was a good friend to Gene’s sister Caroline before and during her illness. We will miss seeing her at Metron. She was a devoted Daughter and took Great care of her Mother there.
